Helm & Nagel, the Manufacturer of the Konfuzio Software, provides the following three contract types:

• By hosting Konfuzio in a public cloud the Manufacturer grants Users the right to use Konfuzio via web and REST interfaces. The SaaS subscription contract includes a NDA, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the Technical Organizational Measures (TOMs).

• By renting the Konfuzio Software the Manufacturer grants Renters the right to deploy Konfuzio on own servers, so that the Renter can host it for internal or external users, i.e. customers. The rent contract includes an EULA and a NDA.

• By partnering the Manufacturer grants Partners the right to distribute Konfuzio to Renters who then deploy Konfuzio according to the EULA.
